Job Title: 1st Shift - Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a production assembler, where you will be primarily responsible for the assembly of various products related to scales, sensors, and indicators. This role involves reading work orders, interpreting basic blueprints, and following specific assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Read work orders to understand the scope and details of assignments.
  • Interpret basic blueprints and follow specific assembly instructions.
  • Ensure work cell is stocked with parts and replenish from the stock area as needed.
  • Set up and operate a variety of production machines including soldering tools, microscopes, drills, fill machines, part washers, sand blasters, magnet cranes, and other machines related to cable harness assembly.
  • Perform assembly duties such as soldering, snipping, crimping, clamping, etc.
  • Clean and pack products.
  • Consult with Supervisor on material, quality, or procedure matters.

Work Environment

Work 1st shift Monday to Friday, from 5:30am to 2pm. Voluntary overtime is available, and current mandatory overtime is expected to revert back to voluntary once staffing is complete. Overtime can be worked before or after your shift.
