Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling very small parts on an automated production line while following standard operating procedures. You will perform repetitive but straightforward tasks, rotating through different stations to maintain variety and ensure consistent product quality. This position suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with small components in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete all assembly tasks accurately and safely.
- Perform hand assembly of very small piece parts on an automated assembly line.
- Rotate between different assembly stations to support production needs and reduce repetition.
- Use basic hand tools and power tools as needed to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
- Read and interpret simple blueprints or work instructions to ensure correct assembly.
- Operate production and assembly line machinery as required.
- Assist with picking and packing components or finished products for packaging and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.
- Handle small parts with care, using good hand-eye coordination to ensure precision.
- Occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds as part of daily tasks.
- Support general labor and production line activities to meet daily output goals.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Essential Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong hand-eye coordination for working with extremely small parts.
- Capability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and working with very small components.
- Experience or comfort with general labor and assembly work.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand simple blueprints or work instructions.
- Willingness to work on a production line and automated assembly equipment.
- Reliable attendance and consistency in showing up for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to sit for the majority of the day for certain tasks, as required by the role.

Work Environment
1st shift position with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, based on a four 10-hour day schedule. (18.60/hr)
2nd shift position with hours from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, based on a four 10-hour day schedule. (20.10/hr)
The facility is very clean, well-organized, and climate controlled, providing a comfortable and consistent work setting. Many tasks are performed while seated, particularly those involving very small parts, although some standing and occasional lifting up to 30 pounds are required. You will work on an automated assembly line using small parts, hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment. The environment supports focus and concentration, and you are allowed to wear one earbud to listen to music while you work, as long as safety guidelines are followed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.60 - $18.60/hr.
