Join Our Team as a Sun Area Sales Associate at Casaplanta Garden Center!

Are you passionate about plants and love working outdoors? Casaplanta Garden Center, located in sunny Miami, FL, is looking for a friendly and motivated Sun Area Sales Associate to join our team. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role

As a Sun Area Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and helpful experience for our customers while working in our outdoor sun area. This is a part-time position, requiring 15–20 hours per week across 3–4 days, including Saturday and Sunday availability. Weekday shifts may also be scheduled based on department needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with plant selection and providing helpful advice to meet their gardening needs.
  • Learning about our wide variety of plants and products to share your knowledge with customers.
  • Maintaining the sun area by organizing plants, restocking inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
  • Performing physical outdoor work, including lifting, moving, and arranging plants and supplies.
  • Arriving on time and adhering to safety guidelines, including wearing closed-toe slip-resistant shoes.
