At least 15 years of experience in vertical buildings programs.
At least 7 years of management experience involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects
Bachelors Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred)
Registered Architect
NCARB Certificate holder
Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction
Forward thinking and ability to articulate clear vision and knowledge of trends in the vertical space
Must have good social, networking, organization, communication, people and presentation skills
Candidate will be driving rental vehicles during travel - please check MVR.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Architect, youll function as a Team Leader for assigned buildings design projects serving as the primary point of contact with clients developing and maintaining internal and external client networks, and serving as a primary contributor during client meetings and presentations. Youll help others by guiding them forward, participating in directing growth and strategic planning as part of management team. This opportunity will entail securing, assigning, and maintaining a project team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver projects while maintaining quality.
