Job description

Kahn Architecture is a mid-sized, interiors-focused architecture firm and in search of a Junior Architect/ Project Coordinator who is a recent graduate with 4-6 years’ corporate interiors experience. We are looking for someone who can support and strengthen our team by contributing strong design and drafting skills.


You will gain valuable experience working with the firm's retail and corporate accounts and in developing creative spaces and general interior renovation work. Previous drafting experience, a strong graphic sensibility, and basic understanding of all phases of a project is required. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work well with other team members to meet project goals.


Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a corporate interiors architecture office
  • A professional degree in architecture
  • Fluent in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • New York/Tri-State area resident preferred
  • Be a U.S. citizen, or Lawful Permanent Resident
