About the Role

Seeking a licensed Senior Architect to lead projects from programming through construction closeout while driving client relationships, business development, and project delivery. This role combines architectural leadership, project management, revenue generation, and mentorship of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver 4-6 concurrent architectural projects from concept through construction closeout.

  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality, strong client satisfaction, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and client development activities.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic engagement.

  • Utilize project management platforms to oversee project performance, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Mentor and support junior architects and project team members.

  • Coordinate project teams and maintain delivery excellence throughout all project phases.

  • Maintain architectural licensure and continuing education requirements.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive office culture.

Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect.

  • 8-12+ years of progressive architectural experience.

  • Strong experience leading projects from design through construction administration and closeout.
