Job Summary

The Anodizing department is responsible for processing aluminum extrusions through chemical baths and finishing lines to achieve required coatings, colors, and corrosion resistance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Fasten and secure aluminum parts onto racks (bars) for anodizing 
  • Monitor anodizing tanks, chemical levels, temperatures, and process times 
  • Perform quality checks on coating thickness, color consistency, and finish 
  • Safely handle chemicals in accordance with OSHA and company standards 
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tanks and equipment 
  • Identify and report defects or process issues 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred 
  • Experience in anodizing, plating, or industrial finishing preferred 
  • Ability to follow detailed process instructions and safety protocols 
  • Basic math and measurement skills      

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and chemical-processing environments 
  • Lift up to 50 lbs 
  • Wear PPE including hard hats, gloves, and face shields
