CDL Driver
We're looking for a safety-focused, reliable CDL Driver to join our team in New Castle, PA. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their equipment, operates with urgency, and takes ownership of their work every day.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate trucks hauling roll-off bins and dump trailers
  • Complete local routes only - no overnight travel
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
  • Safely transport materials while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
  • Support yard and operations teams as needed
  • Work extended hours when required to support business needs

What We're Looking For
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (roll-off or dump trailer experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Proven commitment to safe driving and equipment care
  • High attention to detail, particularly with inspections and documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Experience with Samsara or other ELD/GPS systems is considered an asset
