Job description

Responsible for operating anodizing, electropolishing, passivation, and polishing processes to produce high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate finishing equipment and process parts according to work instructions.
  • Perform cleaning, polishing, inspection, and packaging of products.
  • Monitor equipment and process parameters to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Identify and report quality or equipment issues.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation.
  • Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.
