Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado. The Project Coordinator will assist the Cost Controls Project Manager with cost tracking, SAP reporting, spend reviews, contract limits, and vendor compliance validation. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have 7+ years of project coordination or related experience (utilities industry preferred). Project Coordinator Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager with portfolio phasing, project monitoring, and scope reviews for consultants and construction partners. Pull and analyze cost and spend data from SAP.

Review contracts and scopes of work for accuracy and alignment. Track vendor compliance and monitor contract limits. Support portfolio tracking and phasing activities.

Coordinate communication between internal business units and external partners. Collaborate closely with the Cost Controls PM and Project Manager. Perform detailed spend analysis and vendor/contract reviews.

Act as a coordination point across internal stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed organization. Requirements of the Project Coordinator: 7+ years of project coordination or related experience (utilities industry preferred). Experience with SAP, including financials and general ledger functions.

Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong general project coordination experience. Exposure to contract review and cost analysis.

Strong communication skills.
