Duration: Long-Term Contract
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in Manufacturing environments to support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of data, analytics, and reporting solutions. This role requires expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, project coordination, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Requirements Management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Document business requirements, gap analyses, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements and optimization opportunities.
Project Coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, leadership teams, and development teams.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, enhancements, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate development activities and monitor project timelines and progress.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions while proactively addressing issues and risks.
Data & Analytics Coordination
  • Collaborate with technical teams supporting:
    • Microsoft Azure Data Platform
    • Power BI Reporting and Dashboards
    • Tableau Analytics Solutions
    • Oracle Enterprise Information Systems (EIS)
  • Validate business requirements against technical feasibility and project objectives.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation activities.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans effectively.
  • Drive alignment and consensus among multiple stakeholders.
Quality & Governance
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
  • Proven experience coordinating onsite/offshore delivery teams.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics ecosystem.
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EIS or Enterprise Reporting Systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Manufacturing environments (required/preferred).
  • Experience supporting multi-business unit or multi-operating company (OpCo) organizations.
  • Exposure to Data Warehousing, ETL, and Cloud Analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting concepts, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
