SES Branding is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our growing team! As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of bringing these projects to life, ensuring that each one is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with management and team members to fully understand project requirements and goals
  • Manage assigned workload to ensure deliverables and deadlines are consistently met
  • Track and report project progress, providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to gather requirements and relay updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and handle administrative tasks related to assigned projects
  • Use databases and project management tools to stay organized and on track
  • Anticipate challenges and provide creative solutions or alternative strategies when issues arise
