Project Coordinator

Join Our Team!

Parkview Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of projects across the organization. In this role, you will partner with Project Leaders, the PMO Manager, and the Director to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. You may also independently manage smaller projects while assisting with special initiatives that support organizational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Support Project Leaders with the coordination and administration of assigned projects.
  • Manage smaller projects with limited scope from planning through completion.
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Prepare reports and project updates for leadership.
  • Monitor project metrics and help ensure established project management methodologies are followed.
  • Identify project risks and issues, assist with problem resolution, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Support operational and capital budget tracking and project timelines.
  • Participate in organizational growth initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining proactive communication with leaders, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate's degree required.

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading or coordinating projects.

Preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
