About the Role
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our integrated People Analytics function-uniting analysts, developers, and researchers to create a truly data-driven culture. This role is pivotal in shaping how Citizens Bank leverages human capital insights to inform business decisions, influence outcomes, and reimagine the future of HR where AI and human potential work hand in hand.

Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer of HR, the Head of People Analytics will define and execute our talent analytics strategy, delivering actionable insights that transform workforce planning and colleague experience. From automating processes and building predictive models to leading listening posts and advancing AI-driven solutions, this leader will be at the forefront of innovation in HR.

  • Proficiency in advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, NLP/text analytics, and visualization tools (Tableau, R, Alteryx).
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and progressive analytics strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills.

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $205,000-$277,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
