The Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights role is instrumental in harnessing the power of data to provide valuable insight into associate behaviors regarding the use of workspace and amenities. These insights are developed using sophisticated data analytics and timely reporting, underpinned by accurate data. The objective of your work is to partner across the organization in developing the tools and supporting data infrastructure to meet reporting and analytics capability demands.

You will partner across the Real Estate organization to deliver insights into business performance and to develop predictive analytics that inform strategic decisionmaking. You will collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, and data teams to advance our analytics strategy. This includes contributing to data governance routines and ensuring the availability of trusted, timely data that enhances consistency, execution, and decision quality across the enterprise.

TheExpertiseand Skills You Bring

  • 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, or similar analytical roles
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data preparation using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
  • Experience with Snowflake and Alation strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of SQL and core database concepts
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Experience presenting insights to peers, managers, and executives
  • Interest in or exposure to AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts
  • A passion for working with large and diverse data sets
  • Ability to translate data into concise, tailored insights that drive clear actions
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with new tools and approaches

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
