THE JOB:
The Director Enterprise Analytics will lead an analytical team that provides actionable insights and recommendations to maximize offer/campaign profitability, share of wallet, customer retention and loyalty, and revenue opportunities to drive business performance. This Corporate (Enterprise Analytics) position will manage a team and will also be expected to contribute individually.
Note* There are 2 open positions - 1 Supporting our regional properties and 1 supporting our Las Vegas properties.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Partner with marketing teams to deliver strategic insights, translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations, and optimize the allocation of marketing investments while prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing COE Strategy leadership on A/B testing design, implementation, measurement, and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Lead, develop, and train a team of analysts; provide guidance on event proformas, post-event analyses, promotions, shows, customer segmentation, and marketing review presentations.
  • Ensure consistency in tools, terminology, and methodology to establish Enterprise Analytics best practices in analysis and recommendations. Review all findings prior to presentation to business partners.
  • Create and maintain an analytical roadmap focused on developing and monitoring KPIs that maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Define business requirements and collaborate with Enterprise Reporting and external partners to ensure seamless execution and BI/IT development support.
  • Continuously enhance analytic capabilities and expand the marketing analysis toolkit through innovation, research, and networking.
  • Maintain close alignment with property teams through regular site visits and participation in strategy sessions. Lead monthly and ad-hoc marketing reviews with property and corporate marketing teams to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree (preferred) and brings 4+ years of relevant experience, including subject matter expertise in an industry or functional area.
  • They have proven success leading teams in similar leadership roles and managing multiple, concurrent strategic initiatives and projects.
  • They possess a strong technical background with hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and transformation processes, including proficiency with Databricks and related data engineering or analytics platforms.
  • The candidate demonstrates expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce (or comparable tools) and a deep understanding of data structures, systems, and BI tools that support marketing data management.
  • They excel at gathering, structuring, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights, make informed recommendations, and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Additionally, they have experience developing analytical frameworks, creating visual data dashboards, implementing automation, and establishing testing and control mechanisms to measure performance and success.
  • The ideal candidate understands the key drivers behind marketing KPIs and leverages data-driven insights to optimize business outcomes and support continuous improvement across marketing and analytics functions.
