Walmart is seeking a Director, Advanced Analytics for our Channel Partner org to lead analytics initiatives within a focused business area. This role involves directing the development and implementation of data models and complex algorithms to support strategic business decisions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional leadership to align analytics solutions with organizational priorities. The Director will also oversee project scopes, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement efforts. This leadership role demands strong expertise in advanced analytics, business strategy integration, and fostering partnerships to deliver impactful, data-driven insights that advance Walmart’s business objectives.
About the team:
The team leads Walmart Marketplace’s global analytics strategy, focusing on partner attribution, product and API analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence. They develop enterprise-wide KPIs, ensure data quality, and deliver executive dashboards supporting key business reviews. This group drives investment modeling and evaluates strategic initiatives to enhance partner performance and ecosystem growth. Collaborating across functions, the team balances strategic vision with operational execution to enable data-driven decisions that improve productivity and acquisition. Members apply advanced analytics, data modeling, and leadership skills to influence business strategies and foster continuous improvement.
