As Vice President, Analytics, you will be a key member of the MissionOne Media leadership team, responsible for shaping and scaling the Analytics practice. You'll help drive the vision for how data and insights are leveraged across the agency-developing innovative measurement frameworks, leading strategic client engagements, and empowering a multidisciplinary team of data, analysts and reporting experts. This role is ideal for a strategic, business-minded leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and execution of cross-channel measurement strategies, including attribution modeling, incrementality, brand lift studies, and testing roadmaps.
  • Holistic marketing performance reporting & dashboarding
  • Media measurement vendor evaluation, contracting & budget management
  • Cross-channel response analytics & media plan optimization
  • In-channel response attribution analytics & investment plan optimization
  • Ensuring effective data infrastructure and reporting defined as accurate, on-time, complete and supporting client's unique requirements
  • New Business Development support
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping them evolve their marketing measurement maturity and drive data-informed decision making.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders-media strategy, activation, ad ops, creative-to ensure data and analytics are seamlessly integrated into every stage of campaign development and execution.
  • Maintain a pulse on emerging data privacy regulations, measurement trends, and evolving media technologies.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising analytics, with a proven track record of leadership at an agency, consultancy, or data-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data and managing client relationships
  • Expertise with analytics reporting and data platforms Tableau, SQL, Adverity
  • Strong understanding of data and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on digital environment. Media platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs), marketing automation tools, and third-party research providers (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Dynata).
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and change management skills. Experience managing multi-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to simultaneously lead multiple ongoing project streams
  • Advanced critical thinking skills in using data and analysis to develop logic-driven point of views and insights
  • Strong communication skills to convert complex analytical processes into easily digestible messaging, both verbally and in writing and with an attention to detail

The annual gross base salary range is $160,000 - $220,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
