Job description

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the website vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework aligned to company and go-to-market goals.
  • Translate business objectives into clear requirements and measurable outcomes for key site journeys.
  • Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve navigation, messaging clarity, CTAs, and conversion paths.
  • Partner closely with UX/design, web developers, and engineering leadership to deliver improvements and releases.
  • Coordinate with content stakeholders to ensure pages and journeys are accurate, on-brand, and effective (this role is not expected to be the primary net-new writer).
  • Establish an operating cadence for intake โ†’ planning โ†’ build โ†’ QA โ†’ approvals โ†’ release โ†’ measurement.
  • Be meticulous about UX, brand consistency, accessibility, and performance across the site.
  • Drive continuous optimization through structured testing (e.g., A/B tests), experimentation, and iterative improvements.
  • Maintain site/platform stewardship in partnership with engineering: reliability, maintainability, performance, and scalable patterns.
  • Own web analytics instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting (whatโ€™s working, what isnโ€™t, and what weโ€™ll do next).
  • Define and track success metrics for top journeys and landing pages; use insights to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure conversion definitions and KPIs are clear, consistent, and actionable.
Requirements
  • Experience owning a website roadmap and driving crossโ€‘functional delivery (design + development + content partners).
  • Strong instincts for UX, brand consistency, and highโ€‘quality execution; able to set and enforce a quality bar.
  • Deep comfort with web analytics and using data to prioritize, diagnose issues, and drive improvements.
  • Brings sound judgment and a thoughtful point of viewโ€”comfortable asking hard questions, surfacing tradeoffs, and helping teams align on the best path forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with common web tooling (CMS, analytics, performance monitoring).
  • Ability to refine and improve existing content and page structure (without being the primary writer).
  • Strong engineering partnership instincts and technical curiosity (able to translate between business goals and technical constraints).
