What will you be doing? 

  • Produce: Produce regular reporting on business performance and customer behavior, including customer type, loyalty/rewards participation, purchasing behavior and email engagement
  • Build: Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards that surface campaign performance and audience insights; support stakeholder adoption of self-service tools and continued advocacy around a data-driven culture
  • Partner cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, product, sales, finance to present findings and recommend optimizations across revenue, spend, and product strategy
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with CRM and loyalty teams on campaign execution and analysis across email, direct mail, and SMS
  • Measure: Conduct test analysis to improve segmentation, targeting, and engagement
  • Assist: Assist in campaign design and analysis: Including KPIs, sample sizing, performance readouts
  • Support the evolution of loyalty programs: Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and incremental revenue

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer analytics, CRM/CDP, web analytics, or digital/direct marketing
  • Experience working with customer and marketing data, including extraction, analysis, and visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
