About the Role
As the Group Product Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation, you will provide strategic and people leadership for H&R Block's analytics and experimentation capabilities across a portfolio of products and experiences. You will set the vision, operating model, and standards for experimentation and analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making, trusted insights, and scalable practices are embedded across product discovery, delivery, and optimization. By combining deep domain expertise with organizational leadership, you will lead high-performing teams and position analytics and experimentation as a key driver of product growth and competitive advantage.

  • Partner with product leaders to define strategy and vision for Product Analytics & Experimentation across H&R Block products & experiences, aligning to enterprise objectives and product strategy
  • Lead and develop a team by providing clear direction, coaching, and growth paths while setting a high bar for execution and impact
  • Establish and scale enterprise standards for experiment design, analytics tagging, validation, and data governance to ensure trusted, actionable insights
  • Manage and support the experimentation roadmap across product lines, ensuring prioritization balances learning velocity, customer impact, and business outcomes
  • Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Risk to integrate analytics and experimentation into roadmaps, discovery, and delivery workflows
  • Champion tooling and platform decisions, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEP, and CJA, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence
  • Create clarity and alignment through documentation, operating norms, and communication that enable teams to confidently design, execute, and interpret experiments
  • Present insights, recommendations, and risks to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives that inform strategy and investment decisions
  • Model and reinforce a culture of learning, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making across the product organization

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product analytics, experimentation, product management, or related fields
  • Proven success leading teams, managers, and high-performing organizations
  • Expertise in digital analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product decision-making, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, AEP, and Customer Journey Analytics
  • Experience building and scaling processes, standards, and operating models across multiple teams
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence executive stakeholders
  • Strategic and people-focused leader with strong technical acumen, a balance of long-term vision and execution, and a passion for developing talent and high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments with close partnership across Risk and Compliance
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and product development best practices at scale
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Figma, or similar tools
  • Certifications in Agile, Product Management, Experimentation, or Analytics
