About the job you are considering

The Global Analyst Relations Assistant Director is responsible for managing, anchoring, and enhancing strong relationships with targeted industry analysts. You will focus on strategically positioning Capgemini as a business, technology, and digital services partner focused on client value creation.

As a domain leader, you'll help develop our end-to-end story to articulate the value of Capgemini to the market. You'll increase the awareness of Capgemini value proposition through value creation. You'll be expected to propose new ideas and find ways to build deeper relationships, to better create and tell our stories and vision, to design experiential formats so the analysts see and feel the experience our clients get (eg. site visits across the world, client discussions and demos, pre-briefings under NDA).

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills as well as the ability to work across various levels of the organization: You'll also need to work closely with Industry Teams, Media Relations and Marketing Leaders who will partner as content experts providing inputs and key messages that drive engagement with analysts. Your key strengths are relationship building, influencing, storytelling and the ability to operate in a large global and matrixed organization.

Your role

  • Reporting to the global head of analyst relations, the role involves taking responsibility for multiple domains with regards to analyst relations - e.g. Customer / Digital Experience, Consumer Products and Retail as an industry and looking after Adobe, Pega and Salesforce as partnerships.
  • Analyst Relations Programme planning: developing and executing a strategic Analyst engagement program globally across key domain areas.
  • Analyst briefings: responding to requests and seeking briefing opportunities, guiding briefing presentation development, providing content and reviewing survey submissions, securing and prepping client references, leading preparation sessions with spokespeople, hosting briefings and leading follow up activities.
  • Analyst Inquiries: accessing analyst insights throughout the year on behalf of Capgemini, and providing feedback to the business.
  • Strategy Advisory Sessions: planning and co-ordinating strategy workshop sessions
  • Analyst/Market insights: reporting back to leadership on current market trends based on Analyst report findings. Leading custom research projects on priority business issues.
  • Executive Partner Program: mapping of analysts to leaders, to create on-going program of engagement and relationship building. 
  • (Analyst) Events: arranging and co-ordinating industry Analyst Events across the globe, Capgemini Analyst summits and roundtables, incl sponsorship of events, resulting in positive coverage for Capgemini and greater understanding by analyst community of Capgemini's leadership in the market.
  • PR/SM: collaborating with PR to promote positive reports in press releases and via social media, obtaining analyst quotes in news announcements, analyst pre-briefs ahead of announcements to put forward positive analysts to the press.
  • Marketing/Measurement: collaborating with wider marketing and sales teams to support campaign development by leveraging analyst results. Tracking of Capgemini leadership in ranking reports in support of client bids. Measurement of Capgemini's performance across leadership rankings, and perception of Capgemini through annual analyst survey.
  • Proactively managing industry analyst responses to secure leading positions in relevant analyst reports and ensuring the accuracy of analyst published information.
  • Protect Capgemini's brand and reputation, mitigate negative coverage, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
Your skills and experience
  • 10+ years of demonstrable experience in analyst relations or related fields (e.g. investor / public relations) with deep relationship management skills
  • Proactiveness and outstanding communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience working in large, global companies - maturity and effectiveness in managing executive stakeholders, navigating, and driving action in a matrixed organization where influence is important
  • High degree of attention to detail with the ability to manage delivery of simultaneous deadline dependent projects
  • Comfortable taking inputs from a variety of sources to develop an overarching narrative
  • Ability to provide event planning support for in person analyst meetings

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 - $281,842

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
