Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail oriented, and enjoys helping clients succeed.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Candidates with experience in public relations, communications, client services, executive assistance, escrow, title, legal, or other professional office environments are encouraged to apply.

Technology industry experience is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do

โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
โ€ข Manage client communications, project updates, strategy, planning, and account coordination

โ€ข Coordinate timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule using Asana
โ€ข Gather information and materials needed for PR and marketing campaigns
โ€ข Schedule and participate in client meetings and Zoom calls
โ€ข Prepare monthly client reports and gather performance data
โ€ข Research media contacts, background information, and industry opportunities
โ€ข Assist with social media projects as needed
โ€ข Handle additional administrative and client support tasks as assigned
