Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail oriented, and enjoys helping clients succeed.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Candidates with experience in public relations, communications, client services, executive assistance, escrow, title, legal, or other professional office environments are encouraged to apply.
Technology industry experience is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do
โข Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
โข Manage client communications, project updates, strategy, planning, and account coordination
โข Coordinate timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule using Asana
โข Gather information and materials needed for PR and marketing campaigns
โข Schedule and participate in client meetings and Zoom calls
โข Prepare monthly client reports and gather performance data
โข Research media contacts, background information, and industry opportunities
โข Assist with social media projects as needed
โข Handle additional administrative and client support tasks as assigned
