Our boutique public relations agency is seeking a full-time public relations Account Coordinator to join our team.

This position is an ideal fit for someone with a degree in communications and an internship or previous position in client relations.

Bonus if the candidate has done work for technology companies.

Hard work and innovative thinking will be rewarded. This is a challenging position that will require thinking outside the box to serve our clients in the best way possible.

Required skills include:

-Experience (internship or through school program) with communications/PR

-Impeccable writing, spelling and grammar

-Exceptional interpersonal skills

-High EQ (not IQ, EQ)

-Positive disposition

-Extremely detail-oriented

-Tenacious

-Able to think outside the box, creative problem-solving

-Strong with Microsoft Office and or Google Docs/Sheets

-Strong research abilities

-Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities include:

-Primary communications with client for account management purposes: updates, tasks, strategy, planning, review.

-Interface with clients to gather needed information or material for PR/marketing

-Oversee all clientโ€™s project dashboards on Asana, ensure they are accurate and updated

-Create monthly reports for clients

-Set up monthly review calls as needed

-Gathering of statistics for reporting purposes

-Researching media contacts, background, contact info

-Social media work as needed

-Miscellaneous tasks as they come up

This is a fast paced job that requires extreme attention to detail and quick follow up from our office. The ability to stay organized and follow up with tasks is critical to success.
