The Role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Senior PR Manager - Consumer, Influencer & Entertainment PR to define and lead our global consumer communications strategy. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco.

This leader will own Higgsfield's public narrative across consumer media, creator culture, entertainment, lifestyle, technology, and social influence. You'll build excitement around our products, launch category-defining campaigns, cultivate relationships with creators and celebrities, and position Higgsfield as the most culturally relevant AI company in the world.

This role reports closely into executive leadership and partners across Marketing, Product, Social, Partnerships, and Creative.

What You'll Do

Consumer Communications

  • Develop and execute Higgsfield's global consumer PR strategy.

  • Lead media campaigns surrounding product launches, milestones, partnerships, and brand moments.

  • Position Higgsfield as the leading consumer AI platform through proactive storytelling.

  • Secure top-tier coverage across technology, consumer, entertainment, and lifestyle media.

Creator & Entertainment Relations

  • Build strategic relationships with creators, influencers, celebrities, talent agencies, studios, labels, and entertainment partners.

  • Identify cultural moments where Higgsfield can authentically participate.

  • Support creator launches, exclusive collaborations, and high-profile partnerships.

  • Develop VIP engagement strategies surrounding major product announcements.

  • Curate in person and virtual events to drive relationship building, social media and earned media coverage.

Brand Storytelling

  • Shape messaging that resonates with creators, artists, filmmakers, brands, and consumers.

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to simplify complex AI innovations into compelling narratives.

  • Build executive visibility opportunities alongside marketing campaigns.

Product Launch Communications

  • Own communications strategy for major product releases.

  • Coordinate embargoes, media briefings, exclusive interviews, and launch events.

  • Create launch playbooks that generate sustained media momentum.

Agency & Media Management

  • Manage external PR agencies globally.

  • Build relationships with journalists across consumer technology, entertainment, creator economy, lifestyle, and culture.

  • Track media performance and continuously optimize communications strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 7-12 years of communications or public relations experience.

  • Experience leading consumer communications for high-growth technology, entertainment, social media, gaming, creator economy, or AI companies.

  • Deep relationships across consumer technology and entertainment media.

  • Strong network within influencer, creator, Hollywood, music, sports, or digital talent ecosystems.

  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging abilities.

  • Experience leading global product launches.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments.

  • Strong executive communications skills.

  • Agency management experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
