Job description

We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Air Freight & Ocean Freight Operations Coordinators. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in the logistics and transportation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily air and ocean freight operations
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and overseas partners
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation
  • Enter and update information in company systems
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed
  • Assist with import/export and freight forwarding processes

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, or Mandarin Chinese and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in Air Freight or Ocean Freight Operations is preferred
  • Candidates with logistics industry experience are encouraged to apply, including experience in:
    • Freight Forwarding
    • Transportation
    • Warehousing
    • Shipping & Receiving
    • Import/Export Operations

Training may be provided for the right candidate with a strong logistics background and willingness to learn.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Day Shift
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch break
  • 5 working days per week
  • Schedule may include any 5 days out of a 7-day workweek
  • Assigned schedules will remain consistent once established
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs

Compensation

  • Starting at $16.00 per hour
  • Pay rate will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and overall fit for the position
