Air Export Operations Coordinator (Temp)
Location: Wood Dale, IL
Employment Type: Temporary, Full-time, On-site
Hourly Rate: $20-22/hour (Overtime may be available)
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday
Working hours: Approximately 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
(Hours may become more flexible after initial training)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Air Export Operations Coordinator to support our growing export operations team in Wood Dale. This role involves handling daily air export operations, data entry, shipment tracking, and communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
High-volume data entry
Track and trace customer shipments
Communicate with customers and internal teams primarily via email
Support daily export operations and meet required deadlines
Create airway bills and organize shipment documentation
Process shipments in the internal system for export preparation
Coordinate with gateway teams and supervisors as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and PDF handling
Reliable with consistent attendance
