In this role, you will be responsible for managing air export shipments, coordinating with carriers and clients, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. Your expertise in supply chain management, transportation planning, and customer relationship management will drive seamless export operations and enhance client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where your skills in logistics sales, freight forwarding, and contract negotiation will make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage air export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements including FDA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, carriers, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth export processes.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with carriers, 3PL providers, NVOCCs (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers), and other logistics partners.
  • Oversee data entry, dispatching, and freight documentation to ensure accuracy in shipment records and compliance with international trade standards.
  • Develop lead generation strategies through inside sales efforts to expand customer base and foster long-term relationships.
