Job description

GovSG is seeking an OCM Agile Coach that will support organizational change by helping leaders, teams, and stakeholders adopt agile ways of working while shaping the cultural behaviors needed to sustain transformation. This role blends organizational change management, agile coaching, and culture transformation to improve adaptability, collaboration, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
This position is remote but based out of Washington D.C..
Position Duties:
  • Leading change management workstreams for SAP deployments across modules, business units, or geographies
  • Conducting and synthesizing change impact assessments across process, role, controls, and day-in-the-life impacts
  • Developing and executing integrated stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness plans aligned to release and cutover schedules
  • Partnering with functional, process, and product owners to tailor messaging and training to user scenarios and pain points
  • Defining training approaches, including role-based curricula, hands-on labs, job aids, and simulations, and measuring effectiveness through completion and feedback
  • Supporting change champion / super user networks with the tools needed to drive local adoption
  • Tracking readiness metrics and risks, and supporting go/no-go decisions tied to adoption and support readiness
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Required
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • 4โ€“6 years of OCM experience on ERP/SAP or other large-scale process transformation programs
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Familiarity with OCM methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent
  • Experience developing and delivering training
  • Strong consulting and communication skills; must demonstrate true coaching capability and not function solely as a senior Scrum Master
  • 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • Experience coaching multiple teams and/or an ART
  • At least 3 Agile Coach engagements, with:
    • No engagement shorter than 6 months
    • At least one engagement lasting 2 years
  • Experience with Value Stream Management (not value stream identification only)
  • Experience in organizational change management and transformation
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing, running, or coaching Kanban teams
  • Experience driving culture change with legacy/waterfall architects; ERP transformation experience is strongly preferred
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0 certification minimum
Position Preferred
  • Government experience, preferably within the DOW
  • Strong DevOps understanding, including the ability to enable and train team members
  • Experience shifting culture within a legacy ERP environment
  • Experience standing up a LACE, particularly defining and managing metrics
  • Experience implementing OKRs and training teams on their application
  • ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (IC-ACC)
  • PMI-ACP Certification
  • Additional certifications demonstrating breadth across agile, change, or transformation disciplines
โ€‹Salary: $140,000- $150,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
