About this position

We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources director to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and training; play a key role in strategic planning and business administration; and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.

We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources director to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and training; play a key role in strategic planning and business administration; and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
  • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
  • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
  • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Lead a Team of HR professionals to support the Bedrosians Organization.

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with our company's goals.

  • Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure we attract, onboard, and retain top talent.

  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law.

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training and development needs, enhancing employee skills and career growth opportunities.


Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
  • 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position
  • Over 5 years of Human Resource Supervisory experience.

  • Professional in HR (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification or similar organization.
