What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.
  • Build a high‑performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field
  • Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
  • Sound operational judgment and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced plant environment.
  • Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.

Work Environment

This role operates within an outdoor, heavy‑industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and large mobile equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
