Are you a dynamic, hands-on leader with a passion for the great outdoors? Do you have a sharp mechanical mind and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Hagar Enterprises is looking for a dependable and motivated Pit/Quarry Operations Supervisor to join our team.


This is a full-time, year-round position where you’ll oversee the daily operations of our pit and quarry while ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-tier production quality. You'll be at the heart of what makes Hagar Enterprises a leader in our industry—keeping things running smoothly and ensuring we hit every mark.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily pit and quarry operations, prioritizing safety, productivity, and top-notch quality.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of critical equipment to keep everything running.
  • Order parts, supplies, and materials to support ongoing operations.
  • Monitor daily production and material inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the highest material quality is maintained to meet project needs.
  • Communicate effectively with management and production teams to stay on top of everything.
  • Operate mobile equipment when needed.
  • Uphold safety and environmental standards across the site.
