Job description

Grading Operator

Responsible for grading the carcasses in the cooler department. 

Requirements: 

Must know or learn the following positions:

Grading scanner, grading tagger, carcass pusher, carcass switcher, cold scale operations, hot scale operations, ribbing cattle, sawing cattle, sorting and organizing cattle.

Must assist cooler management in all areas.

Ability to work a flexible work, start time is 4:30 am but subject to change.

Must be reliable. 

Must be able to read and write English.
