**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Job Summary:**
As a Grader Operator, you will play a critical role in the construction and maintenance of roads and pathways by operating heavy machinery to achieve precise grading and leveling. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of graders, contributing to the successful completion of projects within stipulated timelines and quality standards. 

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate graders and other heavy equipment efficiently for the purpose of optimum grading and leveling of terrain as required by project specifications.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of the machine, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, grade plans, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and ground personnel to align on project requirements and resolve any operational challenges.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain clear and concise records of work performed and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Continuously assess the working environment to identify and minimize potential hazards.
- Cut/string subgrade
- Box out parking lots
- Knowledge of ADA for handicap stalls/crossings for roadways

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Grader Operator or similar role.
- Valid certification/license to operate heavy machinery (as per local/regional requirements).
- Strong understanding of terrain types and grading processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.
- Proficient in the use of GPS-based grading systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to sit for extended periods while operating machinery.
- Capable of lifting and performing tasks involving physical activity in varying weather conditions.
