Summary

We are hiring experienced Dozer or Excavator Operators to support heavy civil construction projects. Candidates should have experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while performing excavation, grading, backfilling, loading, and site preparation.


Must Haves

  • 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
  • Experience operating dozers and/or excavators
  • Heavy civil or construction experience
  • Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
  • Strong understanding of excavation and ground disturbance safety
  • Reliable transportation and strong commitment to safety

Preferred

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with hydraulic, friction, or pile driving equipment
  • Experience with grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
