Position Overview:
Beal Real Estate is seeking a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to join our team in Ypsilanti, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential properties, assisting prospective tenants, and providing excellent customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and highlight features and benefits
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process rental applications, perform screenings, and prepare lease agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units and pricing
  • Coordinate move-ins and assist with tenant onboarding
  • Ensure properties are presentable and ready for showings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing activity
  • Drive company vehicle to show properties as needed

Requirements
