They are seeking a professional, full-time, in-office (seasonal hybrid schedule available), Certified Public Accountant / Enrolled Agent who is ready to grow and advance their career. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of successful Tax Preparation, Tax Filing, Tax Return Review, Tax Planning, Business Accounting, Financial Reporting as a Senior Tax Accountant / CPA / EA with State Tax Return and Federal Tax Return experience
  • Current CPA Certification or Enrolled Agent Designation
  • College Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or related field of study
  • Accounting Software experience (Example: UltraTax, Intuit Pro-Connect, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Drake, A.T.O.M (Automated Tax Office Manager, etc.)
  • Financial Services Software experience (Example: Wealthscape, eMoney, Money Guide Pro, Holistiplan, Advisor360, etc.)
  • Office Software experience (Example: DocuSign, Google Workplace (G-Suites), Ring Central, MS Suite, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Etc.)
  • CRM Software experience (Example: Salesforce, Redtail, Hubly, Zoho, Etc.)
  • Video Meeting Application experience (Example: Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, Google Meets, etc.)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Putting client needs first and supporting the team process is an important part of our client's culture and at the core of everything they do. As a Certified Public Accountant / Enrolled Agent you will:
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on income tax preparation and planning
  • Calculating annual Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) & Roth IRA Conversion projections
  • Work closely with clients to ensure performance of tax planning and special projects
  • Schedule and conduct Annual Tax Review meetings with clients as needed
  • Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1120S and 1065 Tax Forms/Filings
  • Manage workflow and daily operations related to tax planning business
  • Assist with internal company accounting, bookkeeping, reports, filings, etc.
  • Review of completed tax forms, suggest necessary edits to team members prior to filing
  • Research and resolve tax and accounting issues as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication, exceptional service, and effective collaboration with other financial professionals
  • Represent and assist clients with IRS, State or other audits and correspondence as needed
  • Ensure policies and procedures are within compliance of professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Other related job duties as required
