Join the dynamic team at Sheraton Hotel as a Sales Manager, where you will play a vital role in driving the hotel's revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional who is passionate about hospitality and customer service to lead our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel's client base

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional strategies and packages

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients

- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
