Working through a temp agency often means adapting quickly to new work environments and teams, which can be challenging. Assignments may vary in length and industry, requiring flexibility and strong communication skills. Temp agencies handle the hiring process, payroll, and sometimes benefits, making it easier for both employers and employees. They can be a stepping stone to permanent employment or a way to gain experience in different industries.

How do I get hired by a temp agency?

To get hired by a temp agency, you should submit an application online or in person, providing your resume and relevant work experience. Many agencies require a skills assessment or interview and may ask for certifications or references.
