Job description

We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity of school-based positions!
Our mission is to provide exceptional therapy in a collaborative, supportive environment. We prioritize clinician wellbeing, meaningful supervision, and provide opportunities for CEU's and trainings. We believe that when clinicians are supported both the clinicians and the families they work with thrive!
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers using psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions for a variety of diagnoses.
  • Write comprehensive clinical notes that meet insurance standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, supportive clinical team, and school.

Qualification Requirements for this Child and Family Therapist position:
  • Active LMFT License
  • Passion for working with children and systems
  • Experience in a clinical counseling role
  • Fluency in bilingual (English/Spanish) therapeutic communication is highly desirable! (not required)
    • Ability to conduct sessions in Spanish ie. provide interventions and psycho-education on various diagnosis/presenting issues.
