This role will help define where to play in the market and lead a team **(approximately 7 direct reports)** that translates strategy into solutions, roadmaps, readiness plans, and market offerings.This role leads the **Go-to-Market** function, connecting strategy, solutions, and enablement across the commercial lifecycle. The Lead Director partners closely with Strategy, Sales, Retention, Analytics, Insights, Underwriting, Commercial Product, and Marketing to shape growth priorities, guide go-to-market decisions, and ensure the organization focuses capacity on the highest-value opportunities. This role partners with the Executive Director and SLT members to set multi-year business growth direction and portfolio trade-offs, while delegating domain-specific GTM strategy (including product, broker, and cross-sell strategies) to team members accountable for execution and refinement.**The position is remote/hybrid and works out of the Hartford, CT location.
