Shift: Mon-Fri / 8:00am-4:30pm

Hourly Rate: $22.00-$26.00 (based on experience)

Job purpose:

Owns fleet data accuracy, reporting, and performance visibility across all systems. Ensures a reliable single source of truth and supports decision-making through accurate data.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate fleet inventory across all systems (TMT, TMW, etc.)
  • Ensure equipment status is correct (available, down, inactive, assigned)
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain utilization, revenue, downtime, and cost reporting
  • Track KPIs and identify trends
  • Highlight underutilized or high-cost equipment
  • Support forecasting and budgeting
  • Maintain reporting consistency across terminals

Role clarification:

  • Owns data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Supports decision-making but does not make operational decisions
  • Does not execute equipment moves

Qualifications

  • 2โ€“5 years relevant experience
  • Strong Excel and data skills
  • Fleet system experience preferred
  • Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to companyโ€™s drug free workplace policies
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License; some local travel may be required

Physical requirements

  • Required to stand for periods of time; walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms
  • Must be able to read, write, talk and hear
  • Repetitive tasks with computer-based work
