About the Role

We are actively looking for a passionate, experienced Creative Strategist to help build the foundation of the Creative Studio team within Uber Advertising.

As a Creative Strategist, you will support the Uber Advertising Sales and Account Management team to drive sustainable revenue growth. You are a seasoned storyteller with a proven track record as a strategic thinker. Your experience gives you the ability to conceptualize unique ways for advertisers to connect with Uber audiences - by developing inspiring, insights-backed ideas on how a brand can engage consumers on Uber. You'll be seen as an indispensable strategic thought partner for our Ad Sales teams and our top advertising partners. You have a strong understanding of the sales business, are comfortable presenting to C-Suite/Executive level clients and have a good gauge of the advertising industry by category. 

What You'll Do

  • Create strategic, big picture partnership opportunities to present to key accounts and agency partners
  • Lead with insights - to highlight actionable data in our proposals
  • Liaise with internal teams to develop proactive packages tailored to seasons, tentpole events, verticals, and audiences
  • Present concepts to clients (and internal teams) with poise and offering strategic solutions
  • Build case studies, best practices and champion advertiser success across the Uber platform

 

 Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional work experience in Creative Strategy, Advertising, AdTech, Marketing, Technology or similar
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Passionate about building foundations and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Flexible, resilient, problem solver who is excited about forging new paths within partnership teams.
  • Be able to work cross functionally with many other roles and stakeholders in the company
  • Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners
  • Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for creativity, technology, and advertising
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $132,000 per year - USD $147,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
