Job description


The University Enrollment Operations Coordinator will support admissions operations for both the undergraduate and graduate admissions offices of Clark University. This position will ensure the efficient processing of applications and enrollment workflows by assisting in the management of our CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of records, managing application related communications, uploading prospective student lists, and supporting data integrations. This position focuses on maintaining operational integrity, optimizing processes, and supporting communication with prospective students through timely and organized handling of application materials. With strong attention to details and systems management, the Operations Coordinator helps ensure a seamless admissions experience from prospect to enrolling student.
System and Data Support
  • Assist in the management of two instances of the Slate CRM.
  • Import prospective student lists
  • Execute regular data auding queries
  • Monitor data integrations
  • Build and maintain queries
  • Create and maintain inquiry forms
  • Assist with rule and workflow maintenance
  • Create new user accounts
  • Build call lists for outreach
Application Processing & Auditing
  • Ensure timely processing of applications and supporting materials
  • Assist with annual application updates and cycle prep processes
  • Manage communication with applications regarding incomplete files
Communication & Support
  • Assist in the management of department inboxes, including routing emails to admissions counselors
  • Respond to general admissions inquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate mailings to prospective students and/or schools
University Enrollment Team
  • Participate in all on-campus open house events, including helping with set up, registration, session check-in, etc.
  • Provide additional support to admissions team as needed
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-6 years professional experience with admissions operations or related professional experience
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and desire to learn new skills to enhance team performance.
  • Proven time management skills and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of constituents.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in higher education or a similarly complex organization.
  • Proficiency using the Slate CRM.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Work in-person in a standard office environment.

Expected Hiring Range: $19.13 to $26.32 per hour
