About The Job Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant needs 3+ years' experience

Administrative Assistant requires:

Proficient in Microsoft office: word and excel programs

Familiarity with software systems such as SAP & Louts Notes

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Administrative Assistant duties:

Enter and set up new inventory information into the OPRA systems.

Work with maintenance employees on any issues they are having related to the OPRA systems.

Work with corporate maintenance team to resolve any issues within the CMMS systems.

Assist maintenance manager with any issues.

Assist in scheduling contractors for repairs, and document all required information in the OPRA system.

Assist company personnel with any maintenance related matters.
