Job Summary
Support office and production operations for a long-standing leader in industrial services! We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to both office and production departments by managing documentation, assisting with purchasing and accounting functions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative, accounting, and organizational skills who enjoys supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrative Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
• Provide administrative support to office and production teams
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records and databases
• Process invoices, maintain accounting records, and assist with purchasing functions
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, invoices, and reporting
• Prepare and organize accounting reports, purchase orders, and related documentation
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries professionally
• Maintain filing systems and organize office documentation
• Coordinate communication between clerical staff and production personnel
• Generate reports and assist with recordkeeping using Microsoft Office and company software
• Support daily office operations and assist with special projects as assigned
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous administrative or office support experience required
• Proficiency with QuickBooks required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with data entry systems and maintaining accurate records
• Comfortable handling accounting reports, invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and purchasing tasks
