We are seeking an Administrative Manager.
Located on-site at Portsmouth, VA.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with travel, payroll, security, government property inventory control, office supply inventory and Human Resource related personnel actions
  • Manage/maintain personnel records, personnel on-boarding and departing processes, visit requests and correspondence
  • Organize, arrange, and coordinate meetings & all-hands
  • Provide graphics support to include, but not limited to metric charts, program schedules, and organizational charts consistent with MS Office and Project Management software used by PEO Aircraft Carriers
  • Data entry into various web-based applications
  • Develop and maintain command metrics

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's level degree in Business Administration, management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience.
  • 10+ years professional experience (Preferred)
  • MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat; DTS; DISS
  • DTS; DCPDS; eDACM; ERP; DISS; TWMS; USA Staffing; USAJobs; WayPoints; SharePoint (Preferred)

Security Clearance:
Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
