Many aspects of these jobs vary by the section of the company you're in, and daily duties can include things like sourcing resumes, data entry, or overseeing office staff. As an entry-level administrative worker, you also assist other administrators as necessary, usually with the goal of learning more about the company's systems and processes. Building strong organizational and time management habits early on can make the transition smoother and set a solid foundation for career growth.
