Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with management of daily business operations of the organization.
  • Asist with ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
  • Ensure business operations are running

  • Review invoices, purchase requests, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll review and processing.
  • Work closely with accounting staff to ensure timely billing, collections, and accounts payable processes.
  • Track operational expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Assist to ensure personnel files and employee documentation remain compliant.
  • Assist leadership with employee performance management and corrective action processes.
  • Review required certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
