As a Multi-Site Administrative Manager at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will ensure a smooth, orderly, and efficient operation of all programs available to their assigned locations, and is principally responsible for managing 2 or more sites, supervising administrative staff, managing phones, patient check-ins and scheduling, adherence to company policies, procedures, partnerships, and thorough follow-up with referral sources to systemically facilitate cohesive patient care. Patient-centered care drives the value of excellent "customer service" and optimal relations with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and direction to administrative staff in more than one location
  • Manage administrative staff schedules, timecards, and time off requests, ensuring coverage during absences
  • Regularly participate in front office responsibilities by checking in patients, answering phones, and covering shifts as needed
  • Manage onboarding of new administrative staff through interviews, orientation, and training
  • Provide orientation for onboarding clinical staff and participate in interviews as requested by Clinical Site Director
  • Partner with Clinic Site Director to review schedule analysis and maintain schedules
  • Responsible for keeping office space, furniture, and equipment clean and orderly
  • Collaborate with janitorial/building management as needed Monitor office supply inventory levels and maintain a cost-effective strategy when submitting supply orders

Requirements:

  • Experience working in health care facilities and an interest in behavioral health is strongly preferred
  • 1 year of previous supervisory or related experience
  • Able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds for office needs
  • Ability to travel to assigned Sagent clinic locations and ability to work out of more than one assigned Sagent clinic location.
  • Compensation: This is a exempt position. Total salary range for this position will be $52,000.00-$55,000/yr
