Job description

Job Posting The City of Kenyon is accepting applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will assist the City Administrator with various tasks including public and confidential information. This position is responsible for invoicing, keeping track of city calendars, supplies and correspondence and assisting with staff and public inquiries.

This position is expected to be scheduled 25-30 hours per week with possibility of evolving into a full-time position. With evening meeting responsibilities, there is the option for this position to have a flexible schedule that would be determined by the City Administrator. This position is not eligible for fringe benefits.
