The Service Administrative Assistant is entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of managing all service administrative functions at the branch level. Reporting directly to the Service Manager and maintaining proper service records for the branch.
Position Duties
1. Process appropriate internal and external service correspondences related to job files.
2. Create & dispatch work orders.
3. Coordinate internal and external scheduling of services to be performed by manager/department/task.
4. Create purchase orders and assist with collections.
5. Assist and/or process all accounting/financial processes as assigned.
6. Will have direct contact with our Corporate Office for premier account processing
7. Direct customer contact relating to scheduling, billing, and collections
Experience, Education, and General Requirements (Minimum)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 3-5 Years of Administrative Experience.
  • Experience in HRIS/ATS systems (Bamboo HR Preferred).
  • Experience in Bookkeeping with strong numerical proficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related products.
  • Driver's license with reliable transportation
  • The ability to pass a 10 10-panel drug screen and a Background check.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to work with a multitude of people and personalities

Experience, Education, and General Requirements (Preferred)
  • Completion of an Associate's degree or equivalent certification program
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant in the Fire Sprinkler Trade or other Construction field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Bamboo HR.
  • Experience with contracting and permitting.
