Addison Group is partnering with our client, a respected financial services organization, to hire an Administrative Contractor. This position supports the mortgage default servicing team by reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and assisting with administrative processes related to delinquent loan accounts.
Job Description:
The Administrative Contractor will play a key role in supporting default servicing operations through detailed file reviews, document verification, and process coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex documentation, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring tasks are completed within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review loan files and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Verify that required notices, correspondence, and account records have been properly maintained
  • Audit servicing notes and loan records to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Research and resolve discrepancies within loan files and system records
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate documentation throughout the review process
