Theย Grantsย Administratorย is responsible forย providing post-award administrative support to the Grants Manager, with a focus on preparing grant billings and reports in compliance with federal, state, and local funding requirements.ย This role manages the administrative processes of grant reimbursement, including compiling data for both narrative and financial reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams to gather necessary documentation. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive approach to ensure compliance and support the financial sustainability of all grant-funded programs.ย

These are some of theย additionalย responsibilities of the Grantsย Administrator:ย 

  • Grant Billing & Requirements such as processing grant claims, verifying supporting documentation, and monitoring grant expenditures.ย 

  • Grant Reporting &ย Complianceย such asย submittingย narrative and financial reports, collaborating with otherย teams to gather necessary information for reports, andย maintainingย organized,ย accurateย records of all grant-related documentation.ย 

  • Administrative Support such as providingย training and technicalย assistanceย to staff andย assistingย in preparing budgets and projections for grant-funded programs.ย 

  • General Responsibilities such asย โ€ขcommunicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve outstanding issues.ย

Schedule:ย ย 

  • This is aย full-time, onsite role. The schedule will beย Monday-Friday.ย ย 

  • This role will also require you toย workย occasionalย weekends and late evenings.ย 

Required Education & Experience:ย ย 

  • High School Diploma or GEDย required;ย Bachelorโ€™sย degree preferred.ย 

  • Minimum of two years of related experience in administrative, payroll, and/or grant reporting preferred.

  • Experience with federal grants management and/or federalย regulationsย compliance is a plus.ย ย
