Job Summary:
Hamilton Company is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of precision fluid measuring products. The Azure System Administrator will support and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Azure applications, and manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for an application built in Microsoft Azure that monitors customer devices
• Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and coordinate escalations when needed
• Monitor Azure-hosted services for performance, availability, and reliability
• Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Azure resources and related infrastructure
• Assist with security, access management, and compliance within the Azure environment
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services
• Configure and maintain user accounts, licenses, and security groups
• Implement compliance policies, retention rules, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Office 365-related issues
• Support ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage SharePoint Online environments
• Configure site collections, permissions, and workflows
• Support content migration and governance
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and Azure services
• Maintain SharePoint structure, access controls, and best practices for collaboration and content management

Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 + years of experience in Azure administration or cloud infrastructure support
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and portal management
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and SharePoint Online
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management systems, and IT service management (ITSM) processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a regionally accredited university
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI)
• Understanding of networking concepts, identity management (Azure AD), and security best practices
• Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines
